MPVL系列最小压力阀

MPVL Series Minimum Pressure Valve
功用：空压机启动加载过程中，气体压力超过设定值后最小压力阀方可开启，此过程可优先建立润滑介质所需的循环压力，同时降低空气流过油细分离器流速，除确保油细分离器效果外，可避免因其前后压差大而造成损坏；空压机空载过程中，气体压力低于设定值后最小压力阀将关闭，维持润滑介质所需的最低循环压力和空气流过油细分离器最低流速；空压机停机后，最小压力阀处于长闭状态，防止外部管路中压缩空气回流造成空压机的损伤。
Function: When the compressor start and loading, pressure exceed setting pressure, minimum pressure valve open. It depends on cycle pressure which required by lubricating medium, at the same time, it can reduce the flow rate that air flows from the air filter, therefore, the effect will be much better and making the air filter using long time. When compressor unloading of empty vehicles, air pressure lower than setting pressure, minimum pressure valve will close. keeping minimum cycle pressure that required by lubrication medium, and keeping minimum flow rate that air flow from air filter. After compressor stop, minimum pressure valve in normally close situation, avoid to compressed air return which in outside pipe and cause compressor damage.
